A two day workshop on the Nagaland Disaster Risk Reduction Roadmap 2023-2030 from 8th - 9th August 2024, was organised by the NSDMA at Capital Convention Centre, Kohima.
The inaugural session was chaired by Shri Thejangulie Zao, Asst. Manager (Projects & Resources, NSDMA) followed by welcome address from Shri Johnny Ruangmei, Jt.CEO (NSDMA, Home Department) with keynote address from Shri Z.Nyusietho Nyuthe (Advisor, NSDMA & NRE) and the session concluded with vote of thanks from Shri Rendemo Shitio, Asst. Manager (Response & Comunication, NSDMA).

The purpose of Workshop on Nagaland State DRR Roadmap aims to provide practical guidance for stakeholders to take actions to minimize the impact of disaster in the state, reduce disaster risks, mitigate the impact of climate change and achieve sustainable development goals.
